As a Marketing Consultant for 12 Bees Creative I was tasked with managing the social media for two of their clients: The Lockwood and the Highline at Union Market. Work included research on the events in the Capitol Hill area of Washington DC, development of content, and analytics reporting.

Case Study: Social Media Strategy & Implementation

The Lockwood and the Highline at Union Market are both two brand new, luxury apartment complexes in Capitol Hill Washington D.C. Their objective was to create awareness of the availability of apartments both for rent and for sale.

 

My goal for this project was to organically grow their social media platforms, increase engagement, and build awareness  of the availability apartments for sale and for rent. With a clear target demographic I was able to reach renters and buyers by developing content that spoke to their interests, lifestyles, and behaviors. The platforms that were used in this marketing strategy where Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
